security challenges obviously remain a big problem. i think we will have to try to dig through all of the problems today. and i will tell you that if we do not get strong, substantive answers that every dime that was spent in afghanistan on reconstruction is being spent wisely and being spent on the kind of oversight we would expect if we were building a highway down the road of the united states of america, then i it think it is time to focus on a mission where we are training security forces...
